Coaching
> Systematic support of individuals and groups
This activity may be applied:
*for individuals or a group.
*for new challenges amongst groups or to people where all is going well or where there are bottlenecks.
Coaching down to the individual skill level: each participant receives training in the skills that are necessary to be successful in a new challenge so that the acquired competency can also be applied in the work situation.
> Approach (three stages) :
*The analysis stage: the current situation is examined in depth – self-analyses and e-analyses which make it possible to ascertain the coachee’s ability to learn – definition of measurable goals
*The stage of rapid efficiency: a personal workbook based on goals – personal training using role-play – exercises based on own work situation – personal application plan – first feedback to concerned parties after 3 months
*The follow-up stage: subsequent follow-up with practical exercises over 12 months in order to consolidate or reinforce results achieved. The immediate superior is closely involved in this stage.
