We take the organisation and participants through the three ‘development flows’:
LEARNING -> APPLYING -> REFLECTING
These three development flows are entrenched in the AIM principle and BCT’s High Impact Learning model of learning.
In an interactive manner, participants receive an insight into a range of skills after which these are practised in concrete terms. At least 2/3 of the total time is devoted towards working round the participant’s own context and own practice.
> Approach
Through simulation material, discussion videos, group discussions and practice-based simulation exercises. The necessary feedback is given (sometimes following video recording, audio recording) or, put another way, "experience-driven learning" (learning by doing).
The different elements of the training are concluded with a personal action plan for each participant for subsequent follow-up.
