Because even popular training, workshops and advice are still not enough to guarantee lasting results for both the organisation and the individual (or employee), we use the AIM process.
On the one hand it is a roadmap, a guideline for best practices that we use in order to assure a good outcome for a development process. On the other hand, it is also a measurement system to gauge progress. It makes a direct connection between the goals, challenges and needs of the client and the results measured at the end of the project. The key to measuring is distinguishing (from the outset of the project) between forecasting indicators and the result indicators.
BCT has made this a core competency of its operations.
