BCT – Business Coaching and Training is a Belgian company, founded in 1991 by Marino Minjauw and Peter Tuybens.
The team consists of
18 senior training consultants (Team): psychologists, engineers, economists and linguists. Their work experience was gained in an impressive range of both national and international companies. The team collectively has 150 years worth of experience in coaching & training of employees.
BCT endorses the Q*For Quality label for training and consulting.
BCT has a broad range of international, multi-lingual experience and a solid international business network in most European countries such as UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Eastern-Europe and in South East Asia such as Japan and China.
